We welcome you to the International Conference on Recent Advancement in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration: RAAR 2016, to be held at C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It will be an excellent opportunity for academicians, researchers, practicing engineers to meet, exchange ideas & information and learn from each other. This Conference is a forum for presenting and exchanging scientific and industrial knowledge in the fields of HVAC&R. It is an initiative taken by C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India this year.  In the world, the generation of electrical energy is limited. The growing need of air conditioning and refrigeration depends heavily on the electrical energy. Hence the major advancement in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration is related to energy. It may be use of alternate source of energy / renewable energy, energy efficient components / systems, optimized application and successful conversion of energy.
Looking at this scenario, the conference focuses on the following major areas.
